Amy, Beach Body Coach

Amy
Hi, my name is Amy.  I have always had a passion for fitness, health and nutrition. Currently, I am a stay at home Mom of 2.  My son is 6 and my daughter just turned 4.    Unfortunately,  life and raising a family had me put the fitness on the back burner for too long.  I just didn’t have the time or energy with 2 little kids to get to the gym. I started BEACHBODY back in February 2015 with a 21 day fix program because I was feeling blah. I gained a few pounds and I wanted to feel better about myself. I had a planned trip at the end of the month with my husband. Tropical vacations need bathing suits…eek! I started the program and I couldn’t believe how fast and amazing the results were!  I couldn’t believe how great it made me feel! I started to like what I saw in the mirror and it gave me confidence. I have been hooked on this program ever since.  I cannot wait to share my story with others and hopefully be an inspiration to follow on this new journey of health and fitness.  How could you not, it just feels so good! www.beachbodycoach.com/AMYNICOLE18
